In this role, you will: Lead and take ownership of one of our strategic growt h areas across energy and infrastructure-based organisations Learn from some of the best in the business and benefit from a tailored learning and development programme Shape the role and build a team around you Work autonomously and collaboratively with members of our talented team Play a key role in regional business development and securing new property workstreams Have the potential to step up into people leadership responsibilities Contribute to our strategic direction by growing our workstreams and owning client relationships with local councils and central government organisations, ideally connecting with your established professional network. If you have the below experience and drive, or the potential to develop these, we would love to hear from you. You will stand out to us if you have the following With 8 years of property experience under your belt, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the property industry. You have a strong technical understanding of property (Central and Local Government) and relevant legislation (Public Works Act 1981).
You will be confident building strong relationships with new and existing clients and have the knack to identify and find opportuni.
