Reporting to the International Future Students Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the development, and owning the execution, of international student recruitment strategies across designated markets.
You will lead a team of Regional Managers and offshore Regional Relationship Managers, while managing key internal and external partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in data, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration, you will drive performance outcomes and enhance the prospective student journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire and manage a high-performing team across designated regions to meet international student recruitment targets and goals.
Develop and implement long-term regional recruitment plans and annual operational strategies backed by data insights and market intelligence. Harness technology and digital tools to streamline recruitment operations, optimise agent engagement, and improve conversion.
