Reporting to the International Future Students Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the development, and owning the execution, of international student recruitment strategies across designated markets.

You will lead a team of Regional Managers and offshore Regional Relationship Managers, while managing key internal and external partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in data, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration, you will drive performance outcomes and enhance the prospective student journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire and manage a high-performing team across designated regions to meet international student recruitment targets and goals.

Develop and implement long-term regional recruitment plans and annual operational strategies backed by data insights and market intelligence. Harness technology and digital tools to streamline recruitment operations, optimise agent engagement, and improve conversion. Drive performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using KPIs and ROI metrics to measure success.
