The Role: We are looking for an experienced Software Analyst to join our team.
This role combines the traditional Software Tester and Business Analyst roles. From a testing perspective, you will be heavily involved in designing, documenting, and automating tests which software will need to pass. You will also be required to use your commercial knowledge and experience to work with our Developers, Product Owners, Stream Owners and clients to elicit requirements from design, and build them to deployment.
Role Responsibilities Include: Refining business requirements and specifying conditions of satisfaction that software will need to pass Performing Quality Assurance by designing and performing automated software tests Creating and leading manual test efforts, and assisting Developers with test automation Demonstrating working software to clients regularly and collaborating with Developers and Product owners to integrate feedback as required Managing the process of releasing changes Skills & Experience Required: 7 years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst Recent experience as a Senior or Lead Quality Analyst Commercial experience and knowledge that enables you to describe what done looks like Technical troubleshooting including log file analysis and basic data analysis Relevant experience in designing test strategies and test plans based around acceptance criteria Experience working with clients to define user stories and confirm acceptance criteria Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Experience using data visualisation techniques and tools Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing Benefits: - Be part of an innovative world-class team, with a culture of learning and collaboration. - Contribute to interesting, divers.
