The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supervisor Reservations to lead our reservations team.
This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reservations team, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of bookings while upholding the highest standards of customer service. The successful candidate will supervise, coach, and support a team of agents across multiple shifts, drive team performance, provide ongoing training, and resolve complex guest inquiries. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the Reservations team across all shifts.
Monitor team performance to ensure productivity, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate ongoing training and development. Oversee daily reservation processes, ensuring system accuracy and efficient handling of bookings.
Handle complex reservation inquiries and escalated guest issues professionally. Ensure the reservation system reflects current inventory, rates, and promotions. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align reservation strategies with campaigns and promotions.
Provide insights on guest trends and booking behaviours to support revenue generation. Develop and manage team rosters to ensure coverage during peak and off-p.
