About The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in a across a variety of technology initiatives within the education sector. What You'll Do As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll act as a subject matter expert in your domain, shaping technical direction and contributing to the development of standards and best practices.

You'll ensure that systems are integrated, supportable, secure, and aligned with wider strategic goals. Your work will span: Application development, integration, configuration, and support Ensuring performance, availability, and security of applications Driving automation and improved user experiences Advising on best practice and influencing technical decisions What We're Looking For Experience in a Senior Engineer or Senior Developer role Strong background in IT applications and system integration Proven ability to deliver across the full development lifecycle Experience with rapid application development tools - Power Apps and/or Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable A collaborative approach and ability to influence stakeholders Comfortable working in complex environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities Awareness of strategic IT issues, ideally in government or education contexts Proven ability to build strong relationships and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working with novel technology.
