This position is Auckland or Wellington based and is a hybrid role with two days where you can work flexibly.

Tech Leadership As a senior member of the team, you'll play a lead role in the management and enhancement of our tools and systems. Contribute to team standups, backlog refinements and sprint planning Use your experience and expertise to help guide the teams technical decisions Assist your team in delivering initiatives and key priorities Identify and raise opportunities for improvement Trusted Advisor Be the go-to expert for the tech we deliver and own Handle complex issues Mentor junior team members What is the team culture and environment like? What projects/work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? We have an exciting stream of modernisation work this year, including: Exiting legacy systems like Lotus Notes and SCCM Migration of our Windows fleet to Intune management Windows 11 migration projects Leveraging OneDrive and SharePoint Online document management Internal communications tool re-platforming Alongside these initiatives, we are focused on getting the basics right, which means staying on top of system health and continuing to remove friction from our colleagues tech experience. This includes: Application delivery , maintain application catalogues (Mobile, Win, Mac, EPM).
