The Opportunity Our Rotorua Branch have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Equipment Service Advisor to join our team. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers with exceptional service. In this role, your focus will be to provide a complete solution for the delivery of maintenance and service work to our customers supported by our technical team, ensuring the customer experience is positive and maximised.
You will become the point of contact for our customer, providing relevant, accurate, and timely information through each stage of the service process. Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport is not required, ensuring customer expectations are not only met but exceeded is essential for our business. We look after ourselves and look after each other Proactive service scheduling by keeping in touch with valued customers Working on increasing after sales profitability Working closely with the workshop to maximise utilisation of resources Managing the work in progress (WIP) in partnership with the workshop First point of contact for customers on the day to capture all repair and service work in detail Present full service details and explain additional repairs and requirements to clients for authorisation Processing of customer payment for invoices Monitoring of daily repair orders and keeping customers informed of progress, delays and collection time Raising Internal / warranty & customer invoicing and purchase orders To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent customer service skills Proven organisational and planning skills Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written High level of computer literacy The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience A can do attitude that keeps you going when the going gets tough are you like our machines - tough, reliable, productive?
