Reporting to the Regional General Manager you will lead and inspire your Team Coaches and wider kaimahi (clinical and support workers) to build engaged high performing teams that will provide quality, whanau-centred support across a range of services. You will be responsible initially for three services across the region, ensuring each service has a meaningful impact within the local community. Residential, Recovery and Transitional support: A supportive, person centred, home-like environment where tngata whai ora have a focus on life and personal management skills optimising independence and potential to live full, flourishing lives within the community.

Crisis Respite: A place of short-term, acute support for tngata whai ora who need time out to focus on their wellbeing. Yaxley Older Persons Residential Service: A specialist service supporting older people with complex mental, physical and personal care health needs. Your ability to build strong relationships, guide strategic planning, and meet individual and local needs will be crucial to your success.
