You will be responsible for: Providing the highest level of Customer Service at all times Serving Customers in a friendly and engaging manner Processing checkout transactions accurately and efficiently Responding to customer queries, phone calls and emails Stock handling and helping trade customers on the floor when necessary About You: For this position we are looking for someone who has: Enthusiasm and team spirit; A passion for customer service excellence; Good time management; A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible; Willingness to learn; Excellent communication skills.
