About this role | M tnei tranga IWS Service Manager based in Christchurch office Te Kahu T is for a small number of children and young people in Years 0 to 10 who have highly complex behaviour, emotional, social and/or learning needs.
These students need support not just at school but also at home and in their community. This role needs to lead change through leadership and management that influences and motivates others through personal advocacy, vision and aspiration in a collaborative environment. Salary range: $115,624 - $139,091 per annum 3% kiwi saver.

Ability to identify positive educational outcomes for parents, principals and early learning services through effective relationship building. A relevant tertiary qualification. Current full drivers licence.
