About the role Stonewood Group has a mixed-use property development project consisting of retail spaces, restaurants and over 300-room upper upscale hotel and is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Site Manager that is hands on who can oversee the supervision and direction of the project on site.

Critical to this role is the ability to coordinate on site programme requirements across all trades while ensuring the site and allow occupants remain safe. While we are primarily looking for candidates with extensive experience, we are open to considering individuals with less experience in the relevant industry ready to take a step up. Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all site activities and resources including staff, equipment and materials.

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site. Ensure site compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards and implement and enforce the health and safety policies and procedures, and quality standards throughout the project.

Preparation of regular site reports, tool box talks, site induction procedures. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess work quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, performance evaluations, and contract compliance. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About you Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering or a related field preferred. Proven 5 years experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry preferred i.
