The role Manage onsite operations to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and to company specifications Accurately interpret plans, specifications and instructions and supervise construction of the works in terms of them. Manage subcontractor scopes of works, subcontractor sequencing, and daily issues onsite Be a key contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors and utilise your strong account management skills to help projects run smoothly Manage and maintain project documentation and reports, including project controls, progress reports and administration The candidate Experience running construction sites Sound knowledge of New Zealand building codes and associated legislations Experience with sub-contractor management 5 years experience in site management, at least 3 of these years based in New Zealand A history of promoting site safety, along with relevant training and certifications Experience with all aspects of civil, residential, and commercial site management will be highly regarded.
