Were looking for an experienced SME Commercial Broker to join our clients team on Aucklands North Shore. In this role, you'll take ownership of a dedicated book of SME business clients. You'll have the freedom to manage and grow your book, tailoring it to industries and clients you enjoy working with.

With internal referrals and warm leads available, youll have the support to keep building your book while delivering excellent client advice. Key Responsibilities: Manage an existing SME client portfolio Handle new business, annual renewals, endorsements, cancellations and processing Convert warm leads into retained business Deliver prompt and professional service across all interactions Work closely with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs What Were Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience in commercial broking NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) or ANZIIF equivalent mandatory Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Whats on offer: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Collaborative, social and supportive team Health insurance benefits North Shore location, just a short walk to the beach for lunch!
