The Company This market leading platform company is currently seeking a software team leader to join and lead the full-stack team. We have been exclusively engaged in finding them a tenured, design focused software developer that is ready to make the step up into the engineering management space. You will be coding regularly and leading whilst collaborating closely with the leadership team, aligning with the company's technical strategy.

The Role This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced senior developer or technical leader who still loves to code whilst leading and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Lead and mentor a skilled engineering team, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on coding support; Actively contribute to developing our full-stack applications using Remix, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, GraphQL, and occasionally PHP. Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO on product strategy, technical architecture, and prioritisation of projects.

Partner closely with design teams to deliver engaging, user-friendly web experiences. Enhance the platform through feature additions, performance optimisations, and bug resolutions. Promote and uphold excellent coding standards, including conducting and participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

Your Profile: At least 7 years in software engineering, with significant technical hands-on experience and prior experience managing or leading technical teams or projects. Expert knowledge in building robust full-stack web applications with TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and GraphQL. Proven track record of successful team leadership in a high-growth, agile environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of effectively working alongside executive and creative teams.
