Launching our Direct-to-Consumer Solar design and installation offering is a significant milestone for our journey towards that movement The Opportunity As a Solar Sales Consultant , you will manage the customer journey from initial contact via our website channel , through to the completion of installation.

This involves responding to customer inquiries with expertise , working closely with our scheduling and installation teams, and collaborating with our in-house solar design team to ensure a seamless delivery of service. Your goal will be to facilitate sales, drive profitable growth, and provide an unbeatable customer experience . In this role, you will leverage your comprehensive knowledge of our solar products, installation processes and design options to respond effectively to customer inquiries.

You will coordinate with our in-house scheduling team to arrange in-home assessments and installations, ensuring that every aspect of the process is smooth and efficient. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be evident as you follow up post-installation queries . What are we looking for? To excel in this role, you will possess a proven track record in direct-to-consumer sales and customer experience, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding set targets and metrics.

Prior experience in coordinating projects and familiarity with the solar industry will be highly desirable. Experience within the Solar or Electricity markets in New Zealand is preferred, providing you with the background needed to navigate our industry effectively and deliver an outstanding customer exp e rience .
