About the role We are recruiting for a banking and finance lawyer with at least 3-5 years' experience, gained in New Zealand, Australia, the UK or the US, to join our industry-leading team in Auckland. You will have the opportunity to work across an array of specialties in debt capital markets, securitisation (including covered bonds) and structured finance, financial markets regulation (including bank regulation, AML/CFT, consumer credit) and derivatives.
