About the Role: This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Relationship Property Lawyer (3-5 PQE) who can work independently, manage clients effectively, and deliver high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities: Advising on relationship property matters , including separations, contracting out agreements, and property division. Managing both front-end and back-end relationship property matters. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracting out agreements, separation agreements, and property settlements .

Representing clients in dispute resolution, mediation, and litigation where necessary. Working closely with clients to provide strategic, tailored legal solutions . Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on related family, trust, and commercial matters .

Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service . About You: 3-5 years PQE in relationship property law. Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
