About the Role A well-established law firm on Auckland's North Shore is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their team, focusing on trust and estate administration, wills, and general practice matters. This position arises due to the upcoming retirement of a long-serving Legal Executive and the reduced availability of another team member. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's leadership, known for their approachable and supportive style.

Key Responsibilities Manage estate administration, including probate applications and asset distribution. Draft and manage wills, trusts, and enduring powers of attorney. Handle general practice matters, including property transactions and commercial leases.

Review client trust documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and compassionate guidance. About You Admitted Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

Experience in trust and estate administration, with a solid foundation in general practice. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage files from commencement to completion. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collegial team. Whats on Offer Opportunity to work under the mentorship of experienced legal professionals. One day per week work-from-home arrangement.
