Are you a compassionate and dedicated clinician with a passion for helping young people navigate complex emotional and behavioural challenges? We are seeking a Specialist Clinician to join our dynamic team, focusing on children exhibiting concerning or harmful sexualised behaviour. What you'll be doing Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing and implementing tailored intervention plans Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy Collaborating with whanau, schools and other professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to care Maintaining thorough client records and participating in clinical review processes About us Stop is a leading provider in Te Waipounamu, committed to delivering high-quality, evidence- based services that improve the lives of individuals and communities. What we're looking for Recognised qualification in psychology, counselling, social work or a related mental health discipline Significant experience working with children in a clinical setting, ideally in the area of concerning and harmful sexualised behaviour Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with children and whanau A collaborative approach to working with clients, families and other relevant professionals Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality holistic intervention Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g.
