About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Perfusionist to join the main Cardiac Centre in New Zealand! Our Cardiothoracic surgical unit at Auckland City Hospital is the highest volume unit in Australasia.

A subset of the ACH perfusionists also provides perfusion services for the Starship Childrens Hospital Cardiac service. Click here for a copy of the Position Description About the Team/Service/ Location The Cardiothoracic Service at Auckland City Hospital (ACH) is the main Cardiac Centre in New Zealand providing the full range of cardiac surgery for both ischemic and rheumatic heart disease, aortic surgery, heart, lung and liver transplantation for which the adult caseload is approximately 1200 per year. The unit is also the national ECMO centre for which it has a retrieval service.
