You'll be hands-on with folding machines (press brakes), transforming flat sheet steel into precision roofing components based on technical drawings and job specs. Your Key Responsibilities : Operate Press Brake Machines - Set up, load, and operate machines to accurately fold sheet steel into required shapes.

Interpret Drawings - Read technical drawings and blueprints to ensure correct bends and measurements. Select and Set Tooling - Choose and install correct dies, punches, and adjust tonnage for different jobs. Monitor Quality - Regularly check machine performance and finished components to meet quality and safety standards.

Work as a Team - Collaborate with your teammates to meet daily production goals. Perform Basic Maintenance - Keep your machine clean, safe, and running smoothly. What We're Looking For: Experience with Press Brake or Folding Machines Strong Mechanical Aptitude - Comfortable using tools and understanding how machines operate.

Great Attention to Detail - You're accurate with measurements and consistent with quality. Good Math Skills - Confident working with measurements, angles, and tolerances. Problem Solver - Quick to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues independently.

Team Player with Strong Communication Skills Physically Fit - Capable of lifting and handling sheet metal and being on your feet. Clean MOJ Record - Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice background check. Safety Conscious - Follows all safety procedures and wears proper PPE.
