We're currently looking for a Steel Fixer to assist with an upcoming decking project based in Tauranga. You'll be travelling to site with the team from East Auckland, so a flexible attitude toward travel and working away from home is essential.

Ability to read and follow technical drawings. Comfortable working at heights. Valid Site Safe and Working at Heights certification required.

Team player who communicates well and contributes to a safe, productive site. Confident using tools such as grinders, bolt cutters, wire cutters, and petrol cut-off saws. Key tasks will include: Tensioning tie bars and securing metal forms.

Performing quality checks to meet build standards. Coordinating material deliveries and communicating with other trades. Supporting site flow and safety procedures.
