Job Description Location: Central Hawkes Bay Were looking for an up and coming leader who can motivate a team and lead the way for farms across BEL Group. This opportunity will see you joining one of BEL Groups high performing farm teams milking between 1050 and 1350 cows. Youll also have the opportunity to be mentored by a senior Farm Manager passionate about your growth and development.

Your background and experience will show that you already understand how to get the best out of people in a high inputs system. Youll also be as driven to get the best results and build ways of working that can be repeated across the group.
