Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you and your team will be efficient, organized and be the go-to for location for our loyal customers and internal sales teams. In the team you will be supported by experienced Assistant Managers, Supervisors and their respective teams of Customer Services Officers, Team Members and Forklift Driver s whilst it is also encouraged to engage with local stores and Trade Centres to contribute to the success of the wider area group.
Within your leadership team you will have experienced Assistant Managers focused in such departments as Service, Inside the Home, Builders , Timber Yard and Lifestyles & Garden though a knowledge of all is not an interest in DIY/Building industry is recommended. Your role will help drive the future Bunnings Warehouse in the local area, by developing strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of your Warehouse. You will be required to monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams, Distribution Centres and Bunnings Support Centre to manage your warehouses stock levels, sales capabilities, Health & Safety procedures and products & services that drive sales and increase greater knowledge for Best Experience whilst also ensuring our efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to the above you will be: Recruiting, Training, and Developing new Team Members & Leaders Ensuring H&S standards across your Warehouse Manage P&L and high level reporting for your Bunnings Store Action customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience Engage the local community, and identify opportunities for community events and projects Who we're looking for: You will be a highly driven individual with strong leadership and influencing skills. Previous experience in leading teams with a focus on Health and Safety and Specialist products is preferred with the ability to develop teams and provide a healthy environment in which to work in. You must be able to wear many hats, influence multiple stakeholders and understand KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
