About the Role Are you ready to step into a leadership role directly impacting DoorDashs success? As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager, youll have the opportunity to own and grow relationships with some of New Zealands most prominent restaurant brands, driving revenue and long-term business impact. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, negotiating high-stakes deals, and delivering measurable business growth. As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager, youll drive revenue, expand key accounts, and optimize partner performance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, youll lead initiatives that deliver business impact, working cross-functionally to exceed client expectations and unlock new revenue streams. What Youll Do: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize client value. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with partner goals and drive long-term retention.

Lead high-value negotiations to structure and close deals that benefit both DoorDash and our enterprise clients. Deliver key insights and data-driven recommendations that help partners optimize their performance and grow their business. Project manage large-scale initiatives, including POS integrations, menu optimization, and performance reporting.

Be the face of DoorDash for enterprise partners, building and maintaining relationships at all levels within their organizations. Were Excited About You Because You Have 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment. Thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-focused role, where youre accountable for delivering measurable business impact.

Are a natural relationship builder with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers. Have a proven track record of growing accounts, driving sales, and closing deals. Can translate data into actionable insights that improve partner performance and revenue growth.
