The Role: We are seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to lead this career-defining project and drive the launch of their consultancy in Queenstown. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network of local clients, a passion for growing and leading engineers, and a 'desire to influence the regions engineering landscape'.

Key Responsibilities Lead and be involved in the design and monitoring of high-profile projects. Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships. Drive business growth through local networks and expand the regional project portfolio.

Build, mentor, and lead a local engineering team when the time comes to grow, while fostering a collaborative culture with other offices. Provide technical oversight and hands-on design expertise, ensuring practical, cost-effective solutions. About You Bachelors degree in structural engineering, with CPEng status and at least 5 years NZ experience.

Proven track record in residential and commercial new build projects. Strong connections within the Otago region or the wider South Island, with the ability to secure new work. Experience in design-and-build projects and team leadership.
