(Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role) We are looking for a full-time Sunrise (Night) Manager to join our incredible Front Office team! The Role: Leading the sunrise team, in this role you will oversee the hotel from 22:30 - 07:00, or thereabouts, ensuring we deliver a friendly, efficient and accurate service to our late arrivals and early risers.
Your responsibilities will include: Oversee the sunrise team across the hotel to develop, review and maintain Cordis service quality standards Provide training to new Cordis colleagues Encourage and motivate our team to achieve KPIs by leading by example and taking initiative in creating moments of WOW for our guests Be first point of contact for all situations that may arise and liaise with relevant departments, individuals and third parties Promote revenue generating opportunities by enable a culture of showing the guest the best the hotel has to offer Our Ideal Candidate: Leadership charisma from the heart Previous experience in a large 5 star hotel, luxury hotel or cruise ship environment. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position including night audit functions and end of day roll over while leading the team to deliver exceptional service Experience working the sunrise shift A high level of English comprehension and impeccable personal grooming We are looking for someone who can work permanent nights, across a 7-day rotating roster.
