The Opportunity This is a hands on operations role, supporting the companys growth through supply chain coordination, demand planning, and digital marketplace operations such as AWS. You will lead daily activities with logistics partners, co packers, and manufacturers to ensure production schedules and stock availability meet demand. The role will also support export compliance and assist with global market entry projects.

Introduce and drive S&OP processes alongside the leadership team, improving forecast alignment and stock management. Working closely with internal teams, you will help use data and insights to support decision making in a digital first, platform enabled environment. Key Responsibilities Leading a team of two, you will: Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory to meet demand. Support demand planning and assist in the development of S&OP processes. Work with co packers and manufacturers to ensure production meets requirements.

Oversee stock consolidation and export compliance. Assist with global market entry and operational improvement projects. Use data and digital tools to improve visibility and efficiency across operations.

Experience Required Supply Chain or Operations experience in FMCG or direct to consumer businesses. Experience working with outsourced supply chains, co packers or manufacturers, and 3PL providers. Exposure to demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

Comfortable using internal ERP and data tools as well as external data from partners such as Amazon AWS. Strong coordination, problem solving, and communication skills. Exposure to digital marketplaces, ecommerce, or omnichannel logistics is beneficial.
