About the Team: The Technology business unit is responsible for the effective delivery, management and services of all technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment engineering design, software design and development, technology architecture and infrastructure, asset management, installation and maintenance, technical training, workload planning, maintenance program development, project management, and logistics support. As part of the wider Technology business unit, the supply unit provides supply and logistics support. About the Role: We have a full-time role available for a Supply Supervisor to join our Christchurch based campus.

In this role youll lead a team and take ownership of Airways national and remote warehouses around New Zealand which predominantly hold operational equipment. This includes the associated purchasing, warehousing, inventory, rotables, rotable repairs (to include repair points internally, nationally and internationally), asset disposal, asset data quality and freight (national and international) management processes. In this role youll also provide development and testing of the Airways Asset Maintenance Management Software (AMMS) in relation to the functions of purchasing and supply team.

About You: For success youll hold proven leadership experience, having led a high-performing team. Furthermore, you will hold: At least 5 years experience in a similar senior role gained in a complex organisation with a technical environment including project purchasing, preferably within the supply, logistics and/or procurement function.

Proven supervisory experience, guiding and mentoring a high-performing team. Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience with an electronic purchasing and inventory system as well as the ability to pick up a new system (as our system is bespoke).

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel, Teams and SharePoint. Ability to work in a dynamic team and business environment, influence and collaborate with people internally and externally, show resilience and ag.
