Right now, we are looking for two Support Developers to join our engineering team in a hybrid work environment based in Wellington. As a Support Developer you will ensure the smooth operation and support of our platform, by assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our solutions.

We are looking for great problem solvers who love a technical challenge that ultimately results in enhancing user experiences for our brands. Youll be a team player, who has loads of initiative and above all is able to maintain empathy, a positive attitude and professionalism. Ideally we are looking for someone who: Has 1 years of experience in a software development or technical support role Is proficient in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, React JS, and C#.

Has experience with database management systems, particularly MongoDB. Is familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, databases). Has experience with AWS and cloud-based services.

Is analytical, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Has experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus. Is able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
