You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Christchurch Mobile service. You will be working in a team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker your responsibilities include: Supporting with budgeting and independent living Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
Attend appointments and connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience. Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most. Foster positive change for a more positive life.
Provide medication support for our people. Provide support with household management. Managing a caseload and all reporting requirements.
Whatever it takes - cleaning, cooking, gardening or helping with everyday household tasks. You | Mu You must have previous experience working in a community environment and mental health and addictions sector. You must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised Level 4 equivalent qualification.
