Our internal scheduling system allows you to discuss shift availability and preferences with our management team, enabling you to find shifts that work for you.

To join the team, you will need: NZQA qualification in Health and Well-being Level 2, 3 or 4 (or equivalent) At least 6 months' experience working as a support worker with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours. Skills in de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A reliable and responsible work ethic. A full, clean NZ driver's licence A current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
