The Role & Duties Your role will report into the Server Manager and provide support on a wide range of exciting new projects alongside BAU functions. This is a working manufacturing plant, so you will have the opportunity to get hands on with OT locally and on an international scale! Some of the key projects currently in the pipeline include an Azure migration, cyber security implementation, and a server migration. In this role you will working within a team of 6 to cover the New Zealand and Pacific Island sites from head office.

You will be responsible for maintaining the day to day operation of the sites including server maintenance, and will need strong experience with Azure, Dell hardware and storage, M365, Exchange, Azure and VMWare to name a few. There is flexibility with working hours if commuting from Auckland CBD as long as you can still produce the deliverables required, however this is a predominately onsite role. You will also participate in an on-call roster within a team of 5 (1 in every 5 weeks) as this site operates 24/7.

We are looking for someone who is a well-practiced and ready to get stuck into new projects using new and exciting technology! Skills & Experience IT Infrastructure Expertise: Proven history of working on Infrastructure projects alongside day to day support to an L3 capacity. Analytical Prowess: Your excellent analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Technical Wizardry: Proficiency in the following technologies: MS Suite (MS Windows 2016, MS Windows 2019, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Terminal Server), Networking principals, VMWare, Dell Storage, and Azure.
