This role is responsible for providing technical solutions for our clients, including problem resolution, product installation, configuration, testing and product/service recommendations. With our front line team taking care of triaging, you will service clients suited to your professional skillset, ensuring a positive experience for both you and the client.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Implementation of Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Networks and Virtual environments Assisting in planning and managing roll-outs Providing on-site and remote support to customers Managing tickets, job priorities and process incoming calls, ensuring SLA's are met Reporting on trends in the market and within the customer base, staff progress and new initiatives Who we are looking for This is a customer facing role that needs someone who has excellent presentation and commun.
