Description About the Role Aurora Energy is on an exciting journey of transformation and were looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Talent, Strategy and Development Lead to join our People, Culture and Safety team. The Talent, Strategy and Development Lead is an opportunity to influence real change in a business thats moving boldly into its future. You will be responsible for developing people frameworks, policies, and practices that foster high performance, engagement, and retention.

You will be instrumental in building organisational capability and creating a culture that supports great people. Why this role? Drive culture change: Be a key player in evolving Auroras people practices, uplifting leader capability and modernising the way we attract, retain and grow our people. People Leadership: You will report to the GM People, Culture and Safety and manage a small and collaborative team of two, enhancing their professional development and fostering an inclusive and outcomes focused team environment. What you'll bring A strategic, collaborative mindset and a strong track record of leading culture, transformation and people development initiatives.

Experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and/or organisational development. Passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments. Confidence navigating ambiguity and leading in environments undergoing significant change.

This role can be based out of Aurora Energys head office in Dunedin or Cromwell (noting regular travel to Dunedin would be necessary).
