Our Auckland Tax team continues to be in high demand, and we are seeking junior lawyer with exposure to Tax to join the highly successful national Tax & Private Client practice. The work will involve advice on NZ and cross-border commercial transactions, review and negotiation of transaction documentation, obtaining IRD binding rulings, tax disputes and tax policy submissions. This is a diverse and rewarding role that will suit a strong technical skill set and someone who enjoys collaboration, is solution oriented, and thrives on getting to the bottom of things.
