This TC role involves supporting our well-established acute community day programme known as Te Whare Toi Aroha and our mobile Health and Wellbeing team.

As the TC youll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee the care of tngata whai ora at Te Whare Toi Aroha to ensure they receive exceptional support in the community. Support the efficient and effective use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement of service.

Lead and supporting staff, including regular individual coaching to your team, recruitment, professional development and performance management. You will support the team to exceed their personal best in everything they do. Youll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and receive the same coaching and support to achieve great mahi together.
