This TC role involves looking after our well-established youth respite - Mana Taiohi and our Real Talk Group programme and one to one community based mentoring support. As the TC youll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service.

Your responsibilities will include: Oversee direct Taiohi care so that they receive exceptional support in our community settings. Support the efficient and effective use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement of service. Lead and supporting staff, including regular individual coaching to your team, recruitment, professional development and performance management to support the team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.

Youll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and receive the same coaching and support to achieve great mahi together. Develop and grow our services to meet emerging community needs Grow strong and collaborative inter sector networks and partnerships. This is a permanent, full-time position.

You will be working Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm. Based in Manurewa. You will also contribute to an on-call roster.

About You | Mu: We are looking for someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of our Taiohi and their whnau who are navigating mental health challenges. If you also bring along the following, we are interested in hearing from you HPCA regulated health practitioner, registered with a current APC (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social worker, DAPANZ or other) Relevant work experience, including at least one year's experience in mental health, AOD, disability, health care and/or social services Experienced leader who can support, manage and inspire a te.
