How you'll make an impact: Lead and Inspire Engineering Excellence! Drive high-performing engineering teams to deliver exceptional software with speed and quality. As a Team Lead , you'll empower your engineers to excel, cultivate a world-class culture, and ensure a sustainable, productive environment where they can do their best work.

You'll champion engineering excellence, foster individual growth, and ensure the team consistently delivers valuable, resilient solutions that delight our customers. What you'll bring: Youll be a seasoned Team Lead, bringing substantial experience in guiding software delivery and engineering teams through Lean and/or Agile methodologies. Your deep understanding of modern software delivery practices and the entire software development lifecycle is evident in your track record of successful team leadership.

Youll have a proven track record as coach and mentor, adept at leveraging your extensive software delivery, technical experience, and expertise to provide impactful guidance. Enabling you to deliver the right knowledge at the right time and in the most effective way. You'll possess high EQ and a true growth mindset; understanding that competency is not fixed but is enhanced through dedication and hard work.

You'll be self aware, self regulated, motivated and empathetic, with great interpersonal skills. You'll have a strong understanding of the importance of Xero's Engineering standards and practices and are able to coach teams to adhere to them.
