Team Leader Landing Drive DC Shift 2 Outbound We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Landing Drive Outbound team on the afternoon shift. This is an awesome opportunity for our internal team to step up into a leadership position! About the role Champion our Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring that safety is the foundation of all activities in your team. Collaborate closely with your manager to plan and coordinate daily operations, as well as specific functional areas within our Distribution Centre.

Foster effective communication and engagement within your team through regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions. Develop a high-performing culture within your team by investing in the growth and development of your people. Embrace a hands-on and proactive approach, leading by example as you tackle operational challenges alongside your team.

Manage both high performance and disciplinary matters within your team. The roster for this role is Monday to Friday 1400 2230 About you You will have a can-do attitude with an infectious energy to motivate your team. You will be prepared to lead and go above and beyond for your team and colleagues.

You will be highly engaged, a self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement! Must have the ability to be trusted to lead while making the best-informed decisions for both the business and your own wellbeing.
