What Youll Do: Lead and oversee roofing projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Mentor and train junior roofers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Perform various roofing tasks, including installation, repairs, and inspections. What Were Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on both commercial and/or residential projects.

Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
