In this role, you will report to the Delivery Manager - Construction and be based in New Plymouth, in the beautiful Taranaki area.

You will also be responsible for: - Complete WTC competency assessments and perform competent audits as well as quality checks - Ensure plant and equipment are compliance with good working order and fit for purpose by completing toolbox checks - Complete necessary reports and ensure to meet and exceed with all operational, regulatory and customer requirements. To succeed in this role, its essential to have the following: - Assist with work plans and complete necessary field paperwork - Relevant trade qualification with current practising licences, plus knowledge of Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, and the Safe Manual Electricity Industry (SE-MI) - Current Workplace Competency (WTC) with proven team leadership skills - A clean full NZ drivers licence (Class 2) is preferred - Ability to organise your workload and your teams to meet goals - Proactively promote a safety culture in line with legislation and company procedures - Strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude - Excellent verbal and written communication - Commitment to health and safety, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
