Reporting to the Levy Systems & Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to lead a team of Specialists that provide technical support, guidance and insights to deliver impactful, customer-centric changes to ACCs programme of workplace incentives and products, including ACCs Levy Classification System.
As the Team Manager, Levy Products & Incentives your responsibilities will be to: Coach and mentor your team and provide support and encouragement to ensure their success. Work collaboratively to lead the development and delivery of the annual Business Industry Review programme, ensuring it meets business and customer needs. Analyse data and gather and synthesise information from a range of sources to produce meaningful insights that supports our organisational goal of Ringa Atawhai | Guardianship by ensuring long-term sustainability of the Scheme.
Build and maintain relationships across the business, representing the needs of Revenue Operations and providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ACCs levy products. Provide operational and commercial advice and identify areas of risk or continuous improvement. Project management of cyclical processes relating to relevant products.
This is a permanent, Wellington based role. The base salary range for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
