In this newly created position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical documentation critical to product registrations, market access, and onboarding of new suppliers, customers, and retail partners. You will need to collaborate across teams, ensuring documents are well-structured, version-controlled, and compliant with internal systems and external standards. Some of the key areas of responsibility will be; Managing Technical Documentation: Create, format, and maintain a wide range of technical documents.
Ensure documents are version-controlled, archived, and meet internal and external compliance standards. Central Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for internal and external technical documentation requests, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication. Improve Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, templates, and document portals (e.
g., SharePoint). Support continuous improvement of documentation practices and access.
Ensure Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive documentation with discretion and ensure all practices align with compliance and regulatory expectations. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and other internal teams to streamline document flow and share information effectively. Support Regulatory and Market Access Needs: Coordinate documentation for product registrations, market entry, and onboarding of suppliers, customers, and retail partners.
What we would like from you Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally in a technical, scientific, or FMCG setting. Familiarity with document management tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, and similar platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
