Join us. Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and respected Technical Director - Structural Engineer to join our Auckland team. This leadership role will drive technical excellence across a range of landmark projects, mentoring junior structural engineers, leading the structural discipline on a range of projects, and shaping the built environment across New Zealand and beyond.
How you'll make a difference - Provide technical leadership across major infrastructure and building projects - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of structural engineers and designers - Manage and deliver complex structural engineering projects to time, quality, and budget requirements - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop tailored, sustainable solutions Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
