The Technical Lead and Architect will provide technical leadership and support technical teams to deliver consulting and managed services projects to a wide range of customers locally in Australia and New Zealand as a key member of our Architecture, Platform and Technology Practice. This role includes billable, business development, and relationship management activities. Job Description Lead technical teams to deliver low-risk projects / work packages; Develop complex Technical Architecture Solutions to meet client requirements; Be the authoritative source and lead customers through technical engagements through leading the solution design and implementation aspects of InfraTech projects / work packages; Accountable for the quality and the deliverables of the technical team; Work with the Project Manager to contribute to project planning and estimation within customer constraints; Provide governance and oversight across projects / work packages; Financial, risk and issue management for low risk projects/work packages; Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members; Acts as the trusted advisor and build strong and profitable relationships with customers, including meeting customers on-site; Recommend proactive steps for efficiencies and continual service improvement for our managed services customers; Identify Growth Opportunities and collaborate with Account Leadership, DXC Sales & Solution teams to progress those opportunities; Optimise, finetune, fit for purpose our managed services operations while applying knowledge of customers business Work with our presales team and contribute to the development of proposals to meet customer requirements, including responding to tenders; Conduct solution planning & delivery aligning business goals with technology solutions to.
