Job Description We are currently recruiting for 3 full-time permanent Technicians in the Sample Reception department at the largest Food Testing Laboratory in Australasia. Our laboratory is open 7 days a week with rosters between 6am and 8:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Unpacking samples checking sample integrity on arrival.
Registration of samples into the Laboratory system. Working in SRs retention area, which involves locating retention and disposal of ambient, chilled and frozen samples. Maintaining temperature records and keeping training records up to date.
Assisting Customer Service and the Laboratory Technical teams with any queries. Splitting/subsampling samples by applying aseptic techniques for subsampling processes..
