Job Description We are currently helping a global leader recruit a Wastewater Design Manager to help lead professional team in Wellington. As the Wastewater Design Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining key relationships with clients, scoping new projects, and monitoring major works through to completion. This includes managing, mentoring, and motivating design engineers working on a variety of projects across the country; streamlining design processes to help propel future projects to success; maintaining vital communications with clients/stakeholders; and providing design expertise on projects when necessary. We are interested in speaking with design leaders- ones that have passion for their work, drive to grow their team and the organisation, and dedication to making New Zealands wastewater infrastructure systems safe, efficient, and reliable.
