Were looking for someone to join our Retail Distribution Insurance team as a Wealth & Insurance Partnership Support. Youll be supporting our Head of Wealth and Insurance Partnerships and team to help keep things humming across our third-party insurance partnerships. This role is all about people and partnerships.

You'll be the important link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication, well-prepared meetings, and effective follow-through on actions. From coordinating partnership meetings to managing complaints and reporting, you'll play a key role in strengthening and growing our insurance relationships. What youll be doing: Supporting the day-to-day operations of our insurance and wealth partnerships.

Coordinating partner meetings, preparing agendas, capturing clear and concise minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Monitoring and helping drive the delivery of partnership initiatives. Managing the flow of information by keeping internal systems and partner portals accurate and up to date.

Supporting change processes through documentation preparation and approval tracking. Handling partnership reporting, including sales tracking and exception management. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate timely and effective responses to customer complaints.

You can build relationships and trust quickly and connect, confident talking to people from all levels of hierarchy. Strong written and verbal communication, youll be helping update campaigns, intranet content, communicating updates with leaders and support Brand and marketing.
