A growing company is looking for a new systems-focused Operations Manager to lead and scale the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business in the wellness / fitness industry? You will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain logistics, improving operational workflows, coordinating with third-party vendors (including 3PL partners), and ensuring website operations and back-end systems are optimised for performance and scale. What youll bring: Degree or Tertiary qualification or not At least 3 years commercial Operations Management experience working in eCommerce and/or DTC environment (managing warehouse distribution & logistics) MUST HAVE commercial eCommerce web experience with analytics tools & automation workflows - ideally Shopify and/or Wordpress Solid systems thinker with experience building SOPs, optimising workflows, and leveraging data to drive decisions Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing third-party partners, particularly 3PLs and tech vendors Great communicator & good leader you enjoy dealing with 3rd party suppliers & partners and happy to pick up the phone when necessary :-) A collaborative team player Opportunity to progress - grow a small team?
